Vishal Agarwal
Director
Vishal has over 10 years of experience in investment banking with a focus on Technology and Digital space. Prior to joining Khetal, he worked with Ernst & Young in Tech investment banking practice. He has worked extensively on Fund Raising and M&A transactions across Enterprise Software, Mobile Technology and Digital businesses. Vishal is a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute, USA and an MBA from IBS Hyderabad
Sumeet Singh
US Head
Sumeet is a tech entrepreneur, PE investor and an investment banker. He Founded Intersoft Data Labs, a 500 resource IT outsourcing company; was a General Partner at Basil Partners, a PE fund focused on IT services. In addition, he founded Tech Bankers, an IB with multiple successful M&A and capital raise transactions. He was also India Country Manager and Asia Sales Leader for Computer Associates. He is an IIT Delhi Alumnus.
Varun Vijayan
Senior Vice President
Varun Vijayan has an overall experience of 15 years in the domains of Investment Banking with a focus on Technology and IT Services. Prior to joining Khetal Advisors, he had worked with Anand Rathi Investment Banking, Merisis Advisors, Singhi Advisors and MFGlobal Securities (Institutional Equities). He has worked extensively on Health-tech, SaaS, Enterprise Applications and Digital technology businesses. Varun is an E-MBA student with SDA Bocconi, Milan and Btech - Mechanical Engineer from Kerala University.
Ashish Goel
Associate Vice President
Ashish is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in M&A, fundraising, due diligence, and deal structuring. Prior to joining Khetal, he was a part of Deloitte’s TMT-centric transaction advisory team. He has worked on over 50 transactions providing buy-side and sell-side advisory services to startups as well as large conglomerates.
Vinayak Maheshwari
Senior Associate
Vinayak is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and a CFA charter holder. Prior to joining Khetal, he worked with E&Y as an Assurance Senior for 4 years. He was responsible for statutory audit of Indian and US listed clients spanning across sectors such as Power & Utilities, Manufacturing and FMCG.
CA Manjit Singh
Senior Associate
As a technology and finance enthusiast, Manjit has been focusing on Investment Banking throughout his career. He has over four years of experience handling domestic and cross-border mandates with the largest transaction size exceeding USD 100Mn. He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and currently pursuing CFA.
Varunesh Kumar
Associate
Varunesh is an MBA in Finance from IIM Lucknow and a BTech undergrad from IIT Delhi. Prior to joining Khetal, he worked as the Manager of Finance at Red Fort Capital NBFC where he managed fundraise and credit risk. He has also worked at EXL and had brief stints at American Express, Redefin Capital, Frontrow and has been a founder too.
Yash Dedhia
Senior Analyst
Yash is passionate about driving impactful investments in technology to create value. He has over three years of investment banking experience across the technology, education, and consumer sectors, with notable experience in deal closures within the K-12 and digital space. He is a Finance major from NMIMS and is currently pursuing the CFA.
Manjit Singh
Senior Analyst
As a technology and finance enthusiast, Manjit has been focusing on Investment Banking throughout his career. He has over four years of experience handling domestic and cross-border mandates with the largest transaction size exceeding USD 100Mn. He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and currently pursuing CFA.
Rahul Jalan
Analyst
Rahul is CA-Finalist and CFA Level-III candidate, working as an analyst at Khetal. Prior to joining Khetal, he worked with Eos Capital Advisors helping clients, across sectors like Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, and Consumer tech among others, raise debt and equity funds for their business. He has also worked with Deloitte USI in the assurance department, conducting statutory audit of Energy sector companies listed in the US markets.
